Welcome to the forum, Amman.
TSH 6.94 with FT4 and FT3 within normal range is described as subclinical hypothyroidism. Your GP should prescribe thyroid hormone replacement, Levothyroxine.
I had the same situation. Within 2 yrs my TSH went to 8.0. I already had weight gain at 5.4 TSH and felt bad. Sorry I didn't start sooner on Armour. I was diagnosed as hypothyroid starting when it was 5.4 tsh. You will feel better after some time taking either synthroid or natural dessicated thyroid (NDT) like Armour. These things are prescribed by a doctor. At 5.4 TSH I only needed 15mcg Armour. The synthroid made me racy. This is a subclinical starting point. Currently I am on 30 mcg Armour when my TSH went to 8.1.
You can have normal T3 and T4 and high TSH . My lab tests for t3 and t4 only improved slightly with taking thyroid. However my TSH is in normal range. It is your symptoms and TSH according to my endocronologist is the most impt indicator of hypothyroidism with symptoms being the predominant indicator of compromised health.
my son had this issue and all the signs of hypo bec he was tired all the time but the dr put him on a good diet of real foods, cutting sugar and processed, put him on a b12 supplement, checked his iron that was ok,checked d3, put him on pharmaceutical grade supplements and more vegatables and did a food sensitivity test that showed peanuts were the highest...he loved peanut butter.so no more peanuts..after 4 weeks..i am shocked....the fatigue is leaving and he is becoming normal again...soooo make sure you check magnesium ( he take glynate form ), b12, iron and d3 .... I think it is the combination of all those things......
