Shin Splints / Shin Pain - Magnesium Spray

just wanted to say that magnesium oil / spray has been a huge relief for painful shins. It's good for general aches and pains too.

Wife tried for cramps but only worked for a few days .It has however almost cured unsightly red rash on legs that comes after hiking a few miles.

Maybe your wife needs more mag than contained in a spray. It is one of the essential minerals and if you watch just a little bit of the video you will see how important it is.
