I found this article that explanes how you can have normal TSH, t3, and t4 levels and still have hypothyroidism. It also explains how the hormone converts differently in the pituary gland than in the liver and how factors like depression, weight gain, stress, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes and a host of other things can be caused by the t3 not being absorbed into the cells.
