B12 injections

Is anyone from Essex? I live in Frinton on Sea and was wondering if anybody knows of a GP/Clinic (I am guessing it will have be a private practice) who will administer B12 injections. Many thanks

It will be very expensive to go private. Have you considered injecting yourself?

I would if I knew how to. My neurologist is happy to prescribe the injections.

I'm from Essex (Chelmsford), and I once knew someone who had to have B12 injections. I'm sure it was through the NHS, though, not private.

Have you considered sub-lingual B12 lozenges to supplement?
