Added 12.5 x 2 Greek Uni Pharma T3 to my reduced 100 mcg T4 three days ago. I have no palpitations at all, but feel spaced out most of the time. 2 hours after taking T3 I have to sleep. Is this normal and my body adjusting (info side effects are in Greek so can't read them lol). Many thanks.

Maybe just 12.5 once a day would be adequate to begin with. Stay with that for a week or two then increase to the other half of tablet. You could even cut the 12.5 into two and take a quarter in the morning and the other quarter later in the day. Go low and slow is the usual motto when introducing T3. Your body needs time to adjust....
Loo, 25mcg T3 is equivalent to 75mcg and is too high a starting dose. It's usual to start on a quarter tablet (6.25mcg) to see how you tolerate it and build up. A post mentioned recently that T3 uses up cortisol which is why you may be feeling sleepy after taking it.
