Stop teh T3 and see if BP improved that is way too high. Do you take BP before and after dose?

Yes

I would suggest splitting the dose over the course of the day. Divide it by three maybe?

Mjeans, pulse and heart normally increase an hour or so after taking a dose of T3 but should drop back to normal within another hour or so. Can you monitor your bp before T3 and an hour and a half to two hours after the dose.

It might help to split the 10mcg dose into 2 x 5mcg doses 6-8 hours apart to even out the peaks after each dose.

ps I've edited your post above re taking 10mcg T3 and have deleted your follow up post.

Mjean, it may be nothing to do with T3, especially as your bp is high having woken up. Good idea to check with the specialist though.

I had adrenal fatigue. saliva tests showed low cortisol. So when I took thyroid meds, I didn't have enough cortisol and my adrenals would stress out. My Blood pressure would go up and I would have bad headaches. The thyroid and adrenal glands work together.

Was going to go to chemist and get something for my adrenals. My husband has been in hospital for the last three days so I haven't

Got to Chemist Warehouse yet. Will try and go tomorrow.Thank you ,Linda had also advised me to get something.
