Been off levo for around 5-7 days, then started back at 50mcg (instead of 100), added in one Nutri Adrenal Plus and half a Nutri Throid per day. Had bloods done at GPs tue and these are results:
TSH 22 high (no range)
They didnt do T4 and T3!
Chlorestral 6.3 high (-normal
Trigliceride 2.1 high (1.6)
Vit B12 214
Ferrate 30
My bloods from hosp in Feb were
T4 21.1 (12.0-22.0)
T3 4.4 (3.1-4.20)
TSH 0.23 (0.27-4.20) low
Havnt got printed results as gps were closing and my gp wasnt there. Other gp telephoned me about TSH.

Millefleur, Feb results looked good, although FT3 was slightly over. There's no point in testing FT4 and FT3 when TSH is >20. TSH is high because FT4 and FT3 are low. Why have you only resumed 50mcg instead of 100mcg?
I was suffering toxic symptoms and low adrenals. Dr P said to stop t4 for 5-10 days, 4th day felt really fatigued, so was advised to take 50mcg of t4 again. Each time ive taken it ive had palpitations, high anxiety, restlessness. Cant get the NAX and NT dose up higher yet either. Did tell Dr P I had bloods scheduled for tue. Didnt think they would show up changes so quickly. I am concerned I am making myself worse. I had corsidol test too this was 547 which is normal apparently?
Millefleur, I think Dr.P advises stopping T4 to give the adrenals a rest while adrenal support is introduced. I don't know what a normal Cortisol level is.
It sounds to me that you aren't tolerating T4 and might do better on T3 only for 3 or 4 months to clear the build up of T4. You may then be able to tolerate T4+T3. I find T3 calms the adverse effects T4 only causes me.
Where would I get t3 from? My GP has no clue about thyroid etc. I will try and get hold of Dr P. I dont want him to think im trying to jump off his recommended treatment plan after such a short time.
