my thyroid results are as follows to dr alarm !!! i am nature throid 2 tabs a day !! please help

tsh 21.58 ( 0.27 - 4.9)

free t3 - 1.96 ( 2.02 -4.43)

free t4 -0.767 ( 0.8 - 1.71 )

Well, judging by those results, you've very hypo, despite the 2 grains.

But how do you take them? Do you take them one hour before food or two hours after, with nothing but a large glass of water? Do you take all other médications and suppléments 2 hours after the Nature Throid and calcium, iron and estrogen 4 hours after? It would look like an absorbtion problem. But maybe someone else will have a better idea.

Dxbgal, you are very undermedicated. NatureThroid should be increased in half grain increments every two weeks until your TSH is under 1.0 and your FT4 and FT3 are in the top third of range.
