Can't find my question I posted a few days ago

I posted a question regarding my active blood test for advice but I can't find it and have not received any replys

Click on your user name in green strip at top of page.

Click on profile and this will give two further options: user activity or user posts.

Click on which ever one and all previous postings and questions are listed.

You had two replies to your previous question. If you were not notified you can change your settings by clicking on account and selecting emails to notify you of members response.

I think you may have done, as I have also sometimes, not pressed the submit button. I have looked on your user activity and the previous post to the one above was two months ago.
