No - there is not. You can see all UK and several non-UK thyroid hormone products here:

If a doctor would issue a prescription, a pharmacy might be able to get it. But they might not be able to.

you can liquefy anything by adding water to crushed tablets..i think.

Yes, your right. But I was hopeful there might be a pure liquid form

as available in Italy. Unfortunately, I don't think you can get it here.

But your a gem for your idea. Thank you x

I am glad i could help. The other way is to go to a Compounding Pharmacy, but you would need a prescription for that, i would think.

Yes, it might come to that.....

may i ask why you need a liquid?

Although that is a documented approach for levothyroxine, it is very important to realise that it doesn't work for everything. There are many medicines which have to be given some form of protection. This is sometimes to prevent the active ingredient from being degraded in the mouth, gullet or stomach, sometimes to protect those same body parts from the effects of the medicine, etc. Whatever the actual problem, it can result in very uneven dosing.

Some medicines do not mix with water which would also limit the usefulness of the approach.

I just said adding water liquifies pills..I would assume that before this person tries this, that they would do some research. The dose will not be totally even..one dose to the next, when in water. But maybe when mixed with proper things, that the pharmacy would have for this purpose. I open my ldn capsules and mix with 1 cup water, shaking it before drinking 1/4 cup..this gives me the proper dose.

It's the inactive ingredients that pack the tablets that are a problem. The

liquid firm made in Italy appears to be far purer.

Everything has some kind of filler and without them, would be too strong to take. Maybe you can find another brand with different filler. It just takes a lot of research!! That's all i do any more, really.
