I normally take last thing at night say at 11pm, when I go to the states they are 5 hours behind, so what should I do, tale at my normal time i.e. 6pm (in which case it might co incide with food) or take at my normal 11pm (though it'snot!)

Gillybean, it's easier if you go onto local time ie 11pm or bedtime while in the USA but observe the one hour before and two hours after food/drink if you're eating/drinking late. Hope you have a good trip.

Remember that Levo stays in your body for quite a time so you shouldn't feel any different by changing to the US timings.

I never had a problem with meds while on different time zones. Just stick to your usual routine or (if you were me) you might forget to take it lol
