My TSH level is 0.005 and I'm feeling numbness in my arms and cramps. Sudden weight loss and weakness.

If you have got your other test results with their lab ranges post them on here and people will have more of an idea what to suggest.

Is your thyroid overactive? Have you been referred to an endocrinologist? Has your doctor checked your vitamin B12, vitamin D, ferritin and folates and checked for antibodies?
