Welcome to the forum, Humayrajput.

There doesn't appear to be treatment for it other than eliminating foods which exacerbate it.

Yes I also suffer from this. Its quite harmless but can be uncomfortable. It can be caused by hot or spicy foods and goes away when its ready. As Clutter says its more about avoidance than cure.Find out what your triggers are.

I worked in the dental field for 25 years and my daughter has this as well. The only treatment is to stay away from spicy foods. As a college student, it has really been trial for her.

My mother had Geographical tongue it is one of the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency and B12 deficiency is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism. People who are hypo thyroid should have their B12 levels checked, but most doctors do not bother. I discovered that I was B12 deficient when my feet started to burn and tingle (peripheral neuropathy) long before I was diagnosed as hypothyroid. You probably need Vitamin B 12 injections from your doctor (usually life long). Until you get diagnosed, I recommend that you start taking B12 supplements immediately. The best way is by sublingual drops placed under the tongue, because Hypothyroid sufferers do not absorb nutrients efficiently through the stomach, where B12 is normally absorbed. You need to get onto it right away, as B12 is critical for normal brain and nervous system function and lack of it can cause pernicious anemia
