ups and downs

I seem to have well periods now I am treating myself on thyrogold but every 10 days or so I have a really bad spell, unable to get out of bed. I have not had my blood done for a while but imagine my tsh is suppressed as it was last time and I have increased my dose since then. I seem to be particularly bad after a period and wonder if my iron drops.

I also take ferrous sulphate, vitamin D, both were low, various b vits, vit c and b12. I drink sea salt water a couple of times a week. Any suggestions

Mandyjane, if you've been taking ThyroGold for a while it would be a good idea to have blood tests to check your levels in case your FT4 and FT3 are too high which is as unpleasant and debilitating as being too low.

Try a simple chart, days of the week across the bottom and mark on bad days, excessive exercise, a food you don't eat very often and your monthly cycle and see if any pattern evolves.
