123happy, NatureThroid suits most people as it is more hypoallergenic than Armour and Erfa and is certainly more affordable than Armour. If you post your recent thyroid results and say whether you are currently taking Levothyroxine or other thyroid replacement members will guide you how to start NatureThroid.

Cool, thanks very much. Sadly I have misplayed my last results, which had my Ft3 test, I'm trying to find it ! When I do I will post. It must be somewhere 😰 can't remember where !

I'll come clean, my bloods were ok, my iron was a little low, took iron, my free T3 from what I remember was near the low end. I've started taking Nature thyroid almost two weeks ago, ( I took Adrenal support for 3 weeks prior) I'm only up to 1.5 grains, but I feel really good, can't quite believe it, that's why I posted the question. I'm hoping I'm doing it right, my GP isn't too happy with me, wants me to see an Endo, I been feeling like the walking dead for three years on Levo, enough, I've took matters into my own hands. I'm tired today, it's a week since I increased by half a grain, so I will perhaps increase it tomorrow, I'm leaving it a week to ten days. I'm self medicating as all I can get from my Drs is , " you shouldn't take that, Levo is great, it must be something else, bloods are in range" 😴😴 yawn, yawn. Perhaps your depressed ? 😡😤😬. I'm not depressed, I'm fobbed off, patronized and ignored. Grrrr. Sorry about the novel. Lol.

Hey there happy,

I take Nature Thyroid and I'm still slowly increasing it. I know once I get leveled with it I will be back 100 percent. I have been experiencing hair loss but had before taking the nature thyroid but i can feel my body getting better with being on it. My sheddingsnd cold achy feelings come and go as I'm still getting adjusted. I'm glad im on it and never can I be off it. Listen to your body and you only know how you feel and what you see. Hugggggggggs!!!!

Hi I have been on Nature Throid 6 months and feel like a new person. I would be careful increasing it too quickly as it could do more harm than good. 10 days to 2 weeks is a good time to wait if increasing by 1/2 grain. Your body needs to get used to the direct T3 it's getting. Do you take any supplements?

Hi,

I take Vit D3v B complex, iron, vit C and magnesium. I'm feeling better, felt like s**T on Levo for three years, had enough, glad I've done it, not felt too bad, early days though so I'm taking it steady. GZp has supported me, but says her hands are tied, where have I heard that before ? Lol.
