Does anyone in the UK have any experience with how Endo's in this country dose adjust with NDT's. DO they still stick to the TSH's or do they follow STTM's guidelines and adjust dose until the T3 is right at the top of normal range - this often means a super-supressed TSH.
Thinking of seeing Dr Boardman - how does she dose adjust exactly?

My endo prescribes my NDT and I have had many an argument with him over his slavish attitude to TSH!! He keeps trying to reduce my meds based on suppressed TSH but I refuse to have my meds messed about with!!
I wouldn't know what my 'labs' look like as I avoid blood tests as much as is possible. If the doctor won't listen to me then why should I regard myself as a blood test result?
