taking synthroid S

Hi just got synthyroid S from thailand 60mg each.Has anyone taking this found better to split tablet and have half in morn and other half in afternoon as have read other members have.My TSH is 2.85 and myTF4 is 7 range 7-17.

Caroash, I think you mean Thyroid-S and yes, it is better to split the tablet and take it in two doses up to 12 hours apart because the T3 in it has a short half life. You'll need to tweak the timing between 6-12 hours to see what suits you best.
