Nature Throid and Nutri Thyroid

If trying Nature Throid (NDT) should I stop taking Nutri Thyroid (otc supplement) ? I'm on 6 per day of the latter.

This is only my personal opinion. I would stop taking Nutri and just take Nature-throid initially. You will then be able tell that any symptoms you get will be due only to Nature throid and not be guessing is it 'this' or 'that'.

Later you can add nutri back into your regime if you want.

Wishing you success on Nature-throid which is my favourite NDT but everyone is different.
