YES... I have on and off the last week. I have ordered sone magnesium cirate supplements as i heard having a deficiency can cause this. Low B12 can also cause it.

I often get eye twitches, also very dry eyes in the morning (can't open them) No amount of eye drops seems to remedy this. I get other muscle twitches as well, really annoying!

yes I have eye twitching last year found a good magnessium suppliment and a b12 got rid of it, if it comes back sometimes I take the magnessium again, it took a few weeks for it to work completely, hope this helps.

Yes, I used to have this a lot. Not in recent years. I think it was mostly before I was started on thyroxine, and so very tired, trying to keep going with work.

Some of the other B vitamins can cause eye twitching too if you're low in those. So maybe helpful to also supplement with a B-complex. Use capsules or drops rather than tablets, as they're better absorbed. A 50mg capsule (of B-complex) per day is a good general dose to take. 'Solgar' do one. B-vits are great for helping support the body to make energy and balance hormones too. So they're always a winner as a supplement to take! I take them daily as routine now. :-)

Yes every now and then its harmless so don't worry to much

Yes I have that to, I get it all over my body eyes, face, legs, thighs and calf, its so annoying :(

I will supplement again with B12, did not realise that could be the culprit.

best luck

I have had eye twitching for years and thought it was due to fatigue.... As I have been diagnosed B12 deficient I expect it to improve with treatment.
