My serum ferritin level is 287 ug/L lab range 10-320ig/L is this too high

Fluffy, no it's still within range but if you are supplementing iron you should stop.

HI I would have an iron test and see what that is. Transference ratio is absorption and very important. It should be very high really but often is not.
