What are your blood test results with reference ranges? Do you feel overactive or is it just something your GP told you? They only go by TSH usually and yours may appear to be low but is perhaps fine for you. It all depends on how you feel...

I'm having heart palpitations amd the dizziness. My range went from 27 to -0.05 in a matter of 3 weeks.

Ifonly, Did you have palpitations on 175mcg? It may be worth trying 187.5mcg if 200mcg feels too much and 175mcg wasn't enough.

0.05 isn't suppressed or overactive. It maybe too low for you though as most people are comfortable with TSH just above or below 1.0 which is lower than the 2-5 you say your range is. Your GP should request FT4 and FT3 as these will be over range if you are overmedicated.
