Hi, Can anyone help me understand the urine thyroid test results I have just received please? They are as follows, T3, 964, range 592 - 1850 and T4, 145, range 347 -1994. T3:T4 ratio 6.7 H, Normal ratio 0.50 - 2.00. Many Thanks.

I can't really comment except in general terms. People usually post blood test results, not urine tests. Your T4 is low, maybe even very low. Your T3 is about a quarter to a third of the way up the range, so while not absolutely dire is possibly not going to make you feel very good. What are you taking in the way of thyroid meds? If none, then you may need some. If you are taking T3 then you may need more. If you are taking T4 then you need more because it is all being converted to T3. What are your symptoms?
