Has anyone used l-Tyrosine, l-Glutamine and Ginseng with any success? Or has anyone had side effect from taking them or found no difference...? I have Hashimoto's and Hypothyroidism.

What improvement are you looking for?
I've taken L-Glutamine quite a lot, and I do think it is helpful for reducing sugar cravings and for improving my gut function and comfort. It has no particular smell or taste, but is easily destroyed by heat so must be taken away from hot food and drinks. It isn't recommended for people with poor kidney function.
I vaguely remember taking a bottle of Ginseng ages ago. I can't even remember why now or what improvement I was hoping to get. I know it did nothing for me.
I've never taken L-Tyrosine.

Be aware that there are different ginsengs - at least Korean and Siberian - which are very different to each other.
