everyday I have to re-log on to health unlocked despite asking to be remembered - it's a small thing but gets irritating having to go through process everyday - anyway of fixing it I used to be logged on until I logged off thanks x

That is annoying :(

I am not having any issues with this but hopefully someone will be able to suggest a fix. It would also be a good idea to log this with HealthUnlocked, the people who host this forum, as we have no control over how things work. You can contact them via this link.

yes I --sometimes - have to go through this process of 'logging in ' -- but I always feel that a little blip in the system ' aint a prob for me ' .....I generally always get there ....even though its damn well exasperating at the time ....... I wonder why it doesn't happen all the time tho ???.....alan

mine does happen all the time that's what makes it so irritating - especially as the 'keep me signed in box' is ticked! x

believe me when I say if it only happened sometimes , like what is happening to me --- that's weird -- as you say its happening all the time ....it may well be a prob at your end -- or hu may not have recognised your membership details for you to log in permanently ......just a few thoughts from a techno idiot [ AND PROUD ] [ bring back the pencil & paper says I ] ........alan xx

What kind of device and browser are you using? Sounds like a cookie issue to me.

Ah thanks rosetrees - I'm using IE with Google - maybe I'll clear the temp files and see if that makes a difference x

Jeanniex, try clearing cookies and close and restart your browser then log in again. Hopefully it will fix it. If not, contact support@healthunlocked.com

The same thing has been happening to me for about two weeks now. I contacted HU and after about four days got a reply asking what device, browser and browser version I was using, then another reply saying they'd investigate but it's still happening.

I have been having the same issue. When I click on one of the links from an email notification sometimes I have to sign in and sometimes not. Definitely a hit and miss situation and an HU tech issue. PR

I am getting the same problem-only started a few days ago and so frustrating! At one time it didn't recognise me at all and kept telling me that my user name and password didn't match! Slight improvement as I am now greeted by my username but then if I open the rest of a question I go back to sign in etc, sometimes it gives me an option to log in. Can now manage to find a log in myself but each time I open a link I have to follow this yet again. Feel I am losing a trusted friend now when I start to access HU! Before I would read everything but now have to be selective!

I have the same problem but only when using iPad or iPhone..

I am logged in all the time on iMac.

No problem at all with FireFox on either my Windows 7 PC or Android phone and tablet.

If you can switch, it might be worth it at least for a while.

Hi Helvella I used firefox before but really didn't get on with it (I have windows 8 - say no more some may say!!) Gonna try deleting cookies and have a restart. GREAT BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO'S REPLIED X. will report back xx
