going to see my gp today and ask about being tested for vitamin d, b12 and the others plus my weight gain not looking forward to it at all wish me luck

I found a gluten free diet helped me loose weight I am hypo but I don't know which type I have
The nhs won't offer sepcific advice for hashimoto's. They don't care; hypo is hypo in NHS land, no matter the cause. Best thing you can do is educate and help yourself. Wish i had done it earlier
