I continue to take spatone with orange juice daily as it’s all I can’t tolerate tabs without gastric issues. I am trying to arrange a private iron infusion
Will add in the Vitamin K2-MK7 this week.

I'd suggest getting an iodine test in case iodine deficiency is causing the goitre. Even with deficiency, your thyroid is doing all it can to keep you healthy. So if you take in low iodine the gland will grow to try to compensate .And it might be able by enlarging to keep your T4 levels steady. This is called a benign goitre. Otherwise it will require surgery.
