Have several vitamin deficiencies, I don't know what symptoms are from what.

I have low vit d and low calcium being treated for this with calcium and D combined 1000mcg and 1600ius. Self supplementing B12 sublingual 1000mcgs plus solgar methlfolate and iron tabs with vitamin c. I am feelng a lot better less tired and more alert, but I have persistant low grade headache on right side of temple. Its not too bothesome just annoying, I also have a twitch under right eye aswel. Could this be a symptom of taking too much of something. Any ideas appreciated?

Annette, it's more likely to be caused by eyestrain. Get an eye test.

Do you think so Clutter? I already have reading glasses. Could eyestrain cause the twitching? The headache is just onesided and would imagine with eyestrain it would be both sides, but you could be right..!!

It's the first thing to check out, Collette. Your prescription may need changing. You've reminded me I need my eyes tested too. Magnesium, as Londinium suggested, may resolve your other twitches.

Hi Londinium, yes I have read magnesium can do this, but so can low calcium. I also get random twitches throughout my body. Just frustrating

annette, you mean as in you notice that a muscle in your arm is going independent little repetitive movements? Like 'pop' 'pop'pop'? I used to get those. In my legs too. Annoying. I take magnesium most days and it seems to stop the silliness of it.

I get an eye twitch if I forget my B12.
