What is T3 and T4?

I have a underactive thyroid and I am currently on 125mg Levothyroxine. I keep seeing these T3 and T4 on here but I don't know anything about them.

Hi

Levothyroxine is T4. Your body should be taking the T4 and turning it into T3, which is then used by your body.
