Probably not, from previous posts I've seen requesting this. It's worth trying though. Make sure to ask for triiodothyronine or Liothyronine.

Pleas help us! There are around 193 sovereign states and several other odds and ends in the world. Could you be a little bit more specific?

Do you mean without a prescription by mail order?

Do you mean with a prescription but in person?

As an overall answer, I don't know of any country in which T3 is definitely NOT available at all. But my ignorance means little.

Without prescription. I'm off to Rhodes in August and wondered if you can get it there with no prescription. Also my dad's always going to Majorca or Cyprus.

You can buy T3 OTC in France, Turkey, Greece and Cyprus.

What is it called. The one I'm taking now (just started on Monday) is thylexan (liothyronine sodium) 25ug product is from India from adinovoc pharma. Taking 1 a day with 10 hydrocortisone in the morning. Along with loads of vits and minerals.

Tiromel is Turkish

I am wondering if there might be supply issues in Rhodes. It is a modest sized island with a fairly small population of around 120,000. That is only about the same as the town I live in.

So even if the pharmacies would sell it, they might have only very small stocks. And it might not be easy to lay your hands on. Further, I have no idea whatsoever about what their supply chains are like and how quickly they can get more in. You'd perhaps only need a couple of other people like you, coming from abroad and buying up a stash, to wipe them out!
