My Roche Anti - TPO results are 158 iU/ml. 0-34 what does this mean

It means you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). Treatment is the same as you have for hypothyroidism but you may benefit from a gluten free diet as most autoimmune disease starts in the gut.

Thanks clutter why didn't my doc tell me I had that all he said yesterday that was everything was great it was only when I got the print out that I could see things are far from ok just wondering why I'm still tired why do you think my t4 I'd high do you think I've too much meds
