Annette,
Significantly increased frequency urinating is unlikely to be related to supplementation. See your GP if it persists.
You can feel worse before you feel better when you start supplementing and it can take 4-8 weeks to feel the benefit of supplements. b12d.org/b12-injections-wha...
Start slow and gradually introduce new supplements rather than go from nothing to everything.
Hi iv started off with b12 then added vit D spray, i felt abit sick first of all but now in starting to notice big improvement! Ive recently added magnesium and extra vit c as was told magnesium can help with breathlessness which i get alot being hypo and have to say i believe its helped me alot! Keep with it and you should start to see benefits soon xx
Its just a thought but have you had a hbc1a blood test recently? It may be worth getting it checked if you haven't because those symptoms could indicate diabetes. Particularly the frequent urination and headache.
