got results but no lab ranges did not want to go through palaver of GP consultation so if anyone knows - have been diagnosed with Graves but now take 5mg of carb every few days and bloods completely normal, did my first 10k run on Sunday in one hour and four minutes so feeling very well, here goes if anyone can help:

Total 25 hydroxy Vit D 76.9

Total 25 hydroxy Vit D2 under 6

Total 25 hydroxy Vit D3 76.9

Anyone who can help with this, I'd be very grateful ....thanks so much!

You could go to the Vitamin D Council website for more information. I've never seen three tests as you have had. I've seen a range from 50 to 100 as normal but also on this forum the upper range as 200. So it would be hard to know if 76 is low or normal. Perhaps you could post a question if you can name the lab and possibly others may know the ranges.

I'm assuming your lab test was nmol, not ng? Of so, I'd increase it.
