I am just reading "Your Thyroid and how to keep it healthy"

by Dr.Barry Durrant- Peatfield.

It is an excellent read and will have me doing some writing as whilst reading it my own experiences right from teenage puberty then later on to childbirth, hormone changes and the menopause was all jumping off the pages at me.

There is a comprehensive chapter on The Adrenal Connection including Signs and Symptoms,Diagnostic Tests,Adrenal and Thyroid Connection,Adrenal Stress Management,Diet and Support. I can recommend it.
