These are my latest results, any input would be appreciated, doctor says I should be feeling 'cock a hoop' BUT I dont. Is my T3 a good result????

No, I do not think it is a great result. I found my T3 had to be top of the range for me to feel better. How you persuade your GP, who dare not speak the truth, even if he knows it, is another matter. Reference ranges are a prison for people trying become well. What dose are you taking? The good news is you seem to be converting properly and probably just need a higher dose. Time to ask for a trial of an increase??
I agree with Hennerton, you seem to be converting the T4 to T3 quite well using a ratio of about 4:1. However for most people it would not be enough, just being 'within range' is not necessarily right for you. This is particularly true if you still have symptoms, which you clearly do.
If he will listen, tell him that you would like to take an extra 25mcg every other day to see if it improves how you feel, because there is still some room for improvement.
Thank you for the response, I take 75mg one day then 100mg the next. I will ask if I can go to 100mg daily.
With a TSH of 0.28, one would expect your FT3 to be near to the top of the range.
