Meda-Stim / GTA Forte II supplements - are they effective?

My naturopath has recommended these supplements for a suspected T4 to T3 conversion problem, I just wondered if anyone who's tried them would mind sharing their experience? On one hand I want them to work, but on the other they're not cheap so I hope not to need them long-term! Many thanks, Emma
