No that feeling - why does most gluten free food taste like cardboard or have such extraordinary ingredient in it - ingredient that you would never be able to get at your local supermarket.

Unfortunately no good for me. I am intolerant to eggs and coconut and wheat and chicken!!

Still no cake , biscuits, bread allowed on paleo!

That's not good is it - cant imagine having such a limited diet. I thought it was hard being a veggie and trying gluten free.

This is my problem with paleo too. I can only eat limited amounts of meat, nuts and cheese, no shellfish. i know it can be done but it takes a lot of dedication and commitment.
