Thank You for this link, Sheenah, there is a lot of good reading on the site. A lot of complex issues, but as you say simply explained.

I like the thought of the Phoenix, she is all burnt out - just like us - but rises, alive, from the ashes.

Thaks, easy to read and simply explained. I am almost the Phoenix - Thyroid due to burn out completely soon, feeling unwell again due to lack of care and a refusal to increase my meds. Hope I can rise from the ashes.

Is it Australian? Anywhere else seems to have better care and advice than England.
