Probably safest to phone the hospital and ask if the secretary's emails are being read by a replacement? Perhaps ask for the new secretary's email and copy your message.

Hi Sue has retired after many years, shame as she was so nice.I did put the new details on site, but I guess you missed it. The hospital will always give them to you but Sue told me, that the e mail address will no longer be any

good.
