Has anyone seen Dr. S B.

My daughter is taking 150mcg of levo but has additional health problems and a member on this forum has recommended her. Can you please PM with any feedback.

hi...dont know him but have hypo and rheumatoid arthritis and several other issues...went through many doctors until i found the most amazing man...Dr T at the croft medical centre near asda.....he has listened and done whats right for me even when tests have said different....i would recommend him to everyone xx

Many thanks for your reply, I don't live in Leamington Spa, I am actually in East Yorkshire, I am so desperate for my daughter to see someone who will look at the whole picture so we are prepared to travel anywhere. Dr. B was highly recommended.

Is Dr T a G.P. or endo

Please don't use the names of GPs/Endos. We need to protect the 'good' ones and can't be seen to be naming and shaming the rest! Thanks!

Best to do a new post asking for Dr. S.B's details, I do not have them but other members will have, so if you ask in a new post you will get more replies.

Go to forum main page and on left near top there is "write a post" just click and post on thyroid forum.

Hi,

Yes I've seen her privately several times, she is a lovely lady, that takes plenty of time to listen to you and doesn't just go from blood results, takes in all things. I would recommend her.

Hi, just new to England, and wondering what the process of booking an appointment with a private endo is? I would like to see the woman doctor in Leamington Spa, but not sure if I need to get a referral from my doctor or whether I can book an appointment directly? Thanks

Hi Rose_Gemma,

Welcome,

We did not actually get see to see Dr. S.B. as my daughter had lots of other problems going on.

Some private endo's do require a referral from your G.P. and some do not and you can make the appointment with their secretary.

I think the best thing would be to do a google search for her secretaries telephone number and ring and ask how to go about seeing her.

My daughter is really ill with complex thyroid and now a RA positive reading and losing soo much weight tho she is hashimotos.
