Should Magnesium & Zinc supplements be introduced separately or together?

I'm already taking ProD3 x 2000iu, B12 x 1200ug spray, B1, B2 & B6 each 100mg, vitC x 1000mg.

if I was to take B vitamins long term I'd cut to a B-complex where all B vitamins are 50mg btw...

How much zinc are you planning on taking? if this is a high dose please remember that zinc can 'deplete' copper and high doses should only be temporary or you'll have to supplement copper too....

you can take magnesium and zinc at same time by the way.

B vits are 100mg x 100 days. Should I take every other day & is 3 months long term?

Magnesium 300mg x 540 days. Zinc 15mg x 540 days. Is 15mg a high dose & how long should i take it. I havent been tested for zinc & not aware of any deficiency.

no 3 months is not long term, 15mg of zinc is not an excessive amount. Do you take a multivitamin/mineral?

It is my humble opinion that 100 mg of B6 could be considered excessive. Although far from the best article in the world, this does at least have some information and links which might be of interest:

Some people suffer side effects of much smaller doses of B6.

Thanks Rod. I've only been taking it since 1st Jan, so I'll take it every other day. I'll double check B1 & B2 and reduce those if necessary as per Punctured's advice.
