I'm fairly sure you need a prescription but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

I suggest you write a new post asking what you want to know. It might help to explain a bit about yourself and which country you are in. You could add something to your profile.
As this thread is so old and is all about where to buy, I shall close it to replies now.
If you order it from here you don't need a prescription, many of the internet pharmacies now allow you to pre-order and pick it up when you are there, it would be worth contacting them to find out.
Too bad you are not going to Thailand..................................
