Mostly an excuse for doctors to reduce your medication!!! This fantasy is generally used when you have suppressed TSH which is just about the most useless test ever invented in my view!!

my 17 yr old daughter was diagnosed as bipolar she then went to a childs psychiatric unit who then done tests and said that her levels were so high she was at a serious risk of heart attack they reduced her thyroxine as she suffers from hyperthyroidism from birth but she still suffers from mania and outbursts .. so what now ?
