Hi all im looking at buying one of these bed of nails mats or a pillow for pain relief and relaxation anyone own one? Any good? I have a question on here about my neck and im hoping this will help relieve that problem

I bought one of these. I can't say they are brilliant but I found it did help with sleep, not sure why. It is quite comfortable and fifteen minutes laid on one is sufficient. You do need to keep up with it though as relief is short lived. Hope this helps a little.
