Are your B12 and folate low? You could try a different brand with less niacin.

Last b12 check it was at 629 (197- 771)

Folate 9.0 (2.0- 18.7)

Ferritin 27.1 (20.0- 130.0)

??

Also having tingling sensations now ...

I have taken taking the jarrods b12 lozenges before with no side effects...

Your B12 is fine now but ferritin is too low. What about vit D? It could be low ferritin causing tingling maybe. Ferritin is best above 70 to mid range.

My vitamin D is at 100...

My b12 was 326 and folate and ferritin were lower too, but i started 1000mcg b12 lozenges 100 days ago and also started eating liver once a week which obviously raised the levels.. but have only took the b complex as above today which caused a rash and tingling that has now subsided.. will my body get used to them is it dangerous if i have a reaction... how do i raise my ferritin?

Baring in mind these results were from august so could be higher now with the b12 lozenges and eating liver once a week!?..

Eating liver will raise iron and ferritin stores. No more than 200g a week due to high vitamin A content. Best not to take tablets that cause a reaction. Try something else, another brand with less niacin.

Vit D at 100nmol is good.

Try Swanson activated b complex. They also have high potency activated b complex. I have major issues with cheap synthetic B6 so I feel for you.

These were expensive!?

I always have to have my supplements shipped in from UK so expensive is a relative term...I have no choice. The shipping is what gets me. But synthetic vitamins are always cheaper then anything higher in quality. As a good low cost option try Brewers yeast. Really good source of B vitamins unless you have a yeast allergy. I hope your reaction improves quickly.

Tingling can come from many things. Several low B vitamins for example... B6, B9 and B12. If, in the future you still need B12 or folate check out Neamin B12 plus folate nasal. One of the best delivery systems after shots. Better absorption then most other forms and it's not synthetic cynocobalamin or folic acid. I too have iron issues at the moment but eating liver😶 no thanks.😂

I have this brand and I have come out in a rash on two occasions. You’re right, it is a niacin flush. You can remedy this by taking it with food. Since this happened to me, I only ever take it with food - usually a bowl of cereal and milk in the mornings.
