Anyone tried this simple Thyroid exercise?

There is a link there - for me I see an outline frame where a Flash movie will play (if I let it).

I have added spaces to avoid it being blocked - remove them to try. Maybe whatever you are using either does not support Flash or is blocking the link for some reason?

Now I have watched it, it is interesting. I have often wondered what effect things like pressure or impact have on the thyroid. I do, however, have some reservations. As he claims to do it for himself despite not owning up to having a thyroid issue, I wonder whether it can realistically be expected to have more than a tiny impact?

One of the big problems we have is that if we make any changes, such as "lifestyle" or thyroid tapping, we find it difficult to know where we are and what effect they have had. He mentions testing every 30 days - which seems to me to make more sense than leaving it months and months.

Yogis have claimed that shoulder stands massage and stimulate the thyroid for years. I wonder if there is something in it...

Thanks Rod - after reading thought I'd go in by IE where I have Flash and there the video is fine.
