TRIYOTEX...anyone tried this?

Hi All,

Wondering if anybody here has tried the Spanish T3 (Triyotex) ?

It comes in capsule form at a fairly hefty dose of 75mcg but I suppose it could prove economical if one doesn't have to take multiple tablets to make up dosage.

Please share your experience if familiar with it. thank you.

I am NOT familiar with it.

Searching on Drugs.com it appears to be available in (make, country) :

Medix, Costa Rica; Medix, Dominican Republic; Medix, Guatemala; Medix, Honduras; Medix, Mexico; Medix, Panama; Medix, El Salvador

That suggests it is central American rather than from Spain. Which would be why I have found it listed as a product of this company:

medix.com.mx/productos/anor...

(Horrible website.)

Oddly, they list it as an anti-obesity product rather than metabolic.

Some other sites seem to say that it is a slow release form. And that would explain the large dose form of 75 mcg.

Thanks for that info Rod.

There are a few 'reviews' on the Mexican website. Not sure if they can be trusted. All positive of course. But I'm trying to become less of a cynic these days! Ha ha...

I just ordered it because I take a pretty large dose (135-150). I'll be able to cut down my pill numbers and take one Triyotex and 3 TiTre. Not happy to read Triyotex is time release.

I have had wonderful results with Mexico Totally reliable and all received well. I've ordered many things including Inderal. What I don't know about is Triyotex, but will report how it works for me.

Yes, I've been taking it ever since. NOT time-released. I single dose and take one Triyotex and 2x25mcg Cynomel. Fortunately, I stocked up and still have enough but I'm up a creek if Grossman doesn't get back into production!

Hi parafluie, have you found another supplier of Cynomel (or Cytomel)? I've been using this alone for almost 3 years... had a good stock but I'm getting a little concerned for next year. Seems like there's many options for variations of liothyronine.

How was Triyotex? Have you tried any other brands and found them comparable to Cynomel? What a carry on... as if its not bad enough without this! Grossman was excellent... politics involved, no doubt!

Thanks in advance.

Hi I've been trying to get hold of Triyotex or Cynomel for a while now. Could you let me where you get it ( I'm new to the site and not sure how it works yet) think you might have to pm me. Thanks in advance now getting desperate

This is NOT time released. We must be careful and accurate when we research because these rumors go all over the internet.

Hi parafluie, may I ask why you take two forms of t3?

Hello JoanofArc, I've been using triyotex for nearly a year, and my life has totally changed. I have hoshimotto desies, and depression was literally taking away my life. I only had been taking levothyroxine 125 for since I was diagnosed nearly 20 years. My new Dr added cytomel F3,(triyotex) selenium 200 mcg, Iodine, DIM and gluten free diet. I started feeling well but not as I expected. I read about triyotex and bought it. After a couple of weeks I was feeling a whole lot better, after a month, the huge difference in my health was noticable. I have my ups and downs especially around my menstrual days, but nothing compared. I hope this works for you.

Not what you're looking for?
