I was taking 20mg t3,1 grain of erfa,and 50 mg of levo,trying to take levo again and would like to know how much levo I should be taking , I have started with 20mg t3 and 100 levo ,any ideas would be great thanks xx ps still feel terrible .

Hi fion,

I wonder if you tried doing without the levo for a while, if that would make an improvement. Why I am saying this is what happened to me. I was more ill on levo than before diagnosis and eventually when the Endo added T3 I felt so much better, when I went onto T3 alone I improved even more. I am now on NDT and T3 and feel well. Some people are upset by fillers/binders in some meds.

I am not medically qualified but just giving my own experience.
