Did you get the ranges (in brackets) after the results? It is very difficult to give a clear answer without the ranges, and the T4 looks a little bit strange. Perhaps you could check if you have written that correctly?
You T3 seems quite low, which might make me think that you needed more thyroxine, but hard to tell for sure without those ranges.

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time. I wonder if you were advised to take your medication first thing in the morning at least one hour before you have breakfast with a full glass of water.
You can always take it at night time but you mustn't have anything to eat two hours before but you can have water.
Do not take your medicine until after any thyroid gland blood tests as it may not give a correct reading.
Unfortunately we cannot cure hypothyroidism but we can lead a healthy life if we are allowed to try alternative medication if levothyroxine doesn't make us feel better. Sometimes the addition of T3 helps.
