I've seen during my time on here that many people recommend different supplements, for the first time in ages i've looked at the thyroid uk website too and seen their list of suggested supplements, does anyone know of any 'one stop supplement' that covers everything we need when we have an underactive thyroid???? thanks

I am afraid, there is not and cannot be such a thing.
Where one person needs injections of B12 daily, or weekly/monthly, another may get enough from their diet.
Where one person lives on the south coast, has light skin, spends every minute of every day they can outside with minimal clothing, another will have dark skin, live in the north of Scotland and be forced to be indoors and well-covered up virtually all the time.
Where one person is almost falling flat on the floor due to inadequate iron, another has haemochromatosis and needs regular transfusions OUT of their bodies to keep iron levels acceptable.
You have to look at YOUR levels, at least of the critical nutrients/elements/vitamins and decide what you need. You might then find something not too far away - possibly needing some adjustment by taking extra of certain things - if you are lucky.
