Upper Back Pain?Trapped Wind

I can relate to trapped wind, there are 4 bends around your colons, 2 on each, ascending and descending, top and bottom, them 4 are the most common places for trapped wind, mine is where your appendix is and when it started in the first year it was higher up that was the ascending colon, I go to bed with it, sleep with it and wake up with it, fyborgel is really keeping it at bay!assumedly it’s trapped wind caused by constipation caused by my stomachs chyme mix not being right and then my bowel not being able to cope with the battle, the harder the gut bacteria works to break something down the more gas it creates, fermentation,, don’t know if any of that helps.
Pain between the shoulder blades is often linked with acid reflux. Since you have hiatal hernia, I assume that you have been to the doctor and are on medication for this?
Hi, yes I get this, in fact I just had it happen last night! I took a couple Gas-X but it never helps as fast as I'd like it too! I also felt like I had to take a couple Tums.
Hi, Awful pain think I would take anything to ease it. Ha! I took Windeze but didn't work as fast as I wanted. I have never had tums so might give them a try Thank you!
